Ensighten Chief Revenue Officer Ian Woolley appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Pure Performance Media
Exciting news! Pure Performance Media has appointed Ian Woolley as Non-Executive Chairman.
He will work closely with Founder, Jason Baker, taking a leadership role on the Pure Performance Media board and helping it to expand from new challenger lead generation business to established sector thought leader. Ian will offer insight across the entire business, but specifically oversee financial management, strategic direction and long-term growth.

Iancurrently holds the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Ensighten and has over 20 years of business leadership experience, specialisingin sales, communication and marketing strategies, while developing and delivering new initiatives.
Previously he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Visual DNA as well as senior roles at Interpublic Group’s Draft Digital (now FCB Global), blinkx and Burst Media, to which Jason worked for many years under his stewardship. The two also share a common military history.
Jason Baker has media credentials with News UK, Emap, Conversant (then Valueclick Media), Commission Junction, Publicitas and StarcomMediavesthas been in recovery for over four years. He has centred Pure Performance Media’s business model around a core social mission; to provide employment for those recovering from addiction and ex-offenders through several work experience and mentoring initiatives with local community partners in Brighton and Hove. He has high hopes that his business will change societal stigmas when it comes to employment.
